Stand Alone Station Support:
This contract is an annual agreement to provide complete turnkey technical
software and hardware support to organizations. It includes telephone support for
troubleshooting and system
usage with no additional charges incurred. If you have dial-in capability,
which requires you to purchase a modem and PCANYWHERE communications
software, then that would enable us to dial-in to your system and assist you. We also
offer web based user initiated support for users with high speed web access. You will receive on-site support
(should telephone/dial-in/Web
based support be inappropriate) at a reduced rate, with a daily cap. In-house
support is also provided at a reduced rate. Normal support hours are given Monday through Friday,
9 am to 6pm, excluding holidays. Emergency support is available when required at
all other hours to meet special needs.
Network support:
This contract is an annual agreement to provide complete turnkey technical software and hardware support to organizations. It includes telephone support for troubleshooting and system usage with no additional charges incurred. If you have dial-in capability, which requires you to purchase a modem and PCANYWHERE communications software, then that would enable us to dial-in to your system and assist you. We also offer web based user initiated support for users with high speed web access. You will receive on-site support (should telephone/dial-in/Web based support be inappropriate) at a reduced rate with a daily cap. In-house support is also provided at a reduced rate. The contract rate is calculated based on the current size of your network plus a per network node count, including the server. Special rates are available for educational/religious institutions.
